Since 1993
Welcome to our Shire
You have found us. Tucked away in the middle of a little bitty city in the Sooner State. On a corner lot in Chickasha, Oklahoma is where our dot on the map pops up. Not much to see around these parts, except, the small-town, slow-paced, smile and wave amazingness that makes these parts home.
We have dedicated the last decade to cultivating our home into a peaceful haven, filled with gardens, chickens, family and love. Never has there been two years in a row where it has looked the same. The ebb and flow of garden beds, compost piles and worm boxes is as constant as the changing seasons. A work always in progress and ever shifting with the littlest spark of a new idea or faintest whimsy.
The only thing, remaining untouched, by the winds that come sweeping across the planes, is our vision. We want, more than anything, to add nutrient rich, home grown and wholesome foods into our daily diets. The happiness and gratitude, we found in the pursuit of this, has been a bonus and a blessing.
We hope that you find some inspiration from our efforts. May God bless you in all your doing.

Fresh Eggs 'Laid on the daily.'
Happy hens lay tasty eggs. Our girls' must be on Cloud 9. Their eggs are yummy. Sold by the dozen. Unfortunately, we have a very limited supply and for the moment, our customer-in-waiting list is quite long. But, the vision is real! We see in our future a field of tall fescue, waving in the wind, and dotted with the bright and varied plumage of Shire hens. Ahhh, what dreams may come....
Plants 'The way God made them.'
Nothing Frankenstinesque about our crop. If the seed pack says GMO, we say "No thank you!" With so many Heirloom and Organic seed companies around the globe, we never have to compromise on variety or quality. We will be selling any extra seedlings when available. Also, God willin' and the sun shinin', our fresh produce will be coming soon. If we don't eat it all, we will probably be selling that too!
Herbs 'Spices of our lives.'
Herb... when you hear us say it, the 'H" is never silent. Our spice/herb selection is in the making...or, more accurately, in the growing. With over 40 varieties of seedlings awaiting transplant, our new herb garden beds should be filled with the foliage and aroma of natures seasoning and nurturing bounty. Fresh or dried, we hope to be able to make them available to you this year.
